2-layer hBN on Graphene

hBN stacked on graphene forms a Moiré superlattice due to lattice-constant mismatch and slight angular misalignment between the two layers.
While height shows minimal height difference between 1L and 2L regions, Heterodyne KPFM and DFRT-PFM clearly distinguish layer-dependent electrical and electromechanical contrast, confirming the interlayer origin of the Moiré pattern.
